Hello everyone, if you missed our meeting this morning here's some of the information we went over. You can also come in early Monday morning if you are not attending the SEC music festival and Mrs. Hestwood will go over the information with you.

I. Chamber Theatre

          A. Chamber Theatre will take place during a week in early March where students will write 10 to 15 minute One-Acts. It's going to be a blast!

II. One Act Recap

          A. If you missed the One Act Festival Monday it was a blast with over 600 people in attendance! If you couldn't attend this year you should make sure to put it on your calendar for next year!

III. Paperwork

          A. T-Shirt order forms are now available in Mrs. Hestwood's room for the baseball style Drama Club shirt. Shirts will be around $15 and are due next Friday, February 11th

          B. Registration for the Spotlight Musical Theatre Workshop is now open! It will be a blast if you decide to attend and you can find more information right here on www.theloftstage.com

          C. Keep filling out your lettering forms with anything you do theatre related because pretty soon Mrs. Hestwood is going to go over the forms to see who will letter this year

          D. For the Mankato all day Musical Theatre Workshop on February 25th, you need to bring in your $20 by next Friday February 11th and print out a permission form here on www.theloftstage.com and give it to Mrs. Hestwood

IV. Important Reminders

          A. Keep checking back here at www.theloftstage.com for more important East Ridge Theatre information

          B. Keep sending your theatre pictures and senior pictures to Isabel for the end of the year theatre slide show

          C. If you will be 18 or over by Saturday, July 23rd, you can sign up to do a great Drama Club fundraiser. You can work security at the U2 concert, and get in for free!! Parents can absolutely sign up for this too to help out the theatre program

          D. If you don't have Valentine's Day plans, or if you're free to adjust them, come by the Loft Stage to see Hearts for Haering, a benefit concert for Ann Haering and her family. The proceeds are going to go to help the family make ends meet during these difficult times for them.

          E. If you are planning to run for a Drama Club Officer position next year, you need to email Mrs. Hestwood by April with your intention to run

          F. Our next large group Drama Club meeting will be on March 7th at 7:45 am
