The Break of Noon MSHSL Eligibility Forms
All students who are in the cast and crew (20 alotted to compete) will need to fill out the form below and return it to Mrs. Carlson by Monday, December 12th. Alongside the form, students will need to pay a $95 participation fee. Checks may be made payable to East Ridge High School. Please email Mrs. Carlson with any questions.
